This is one of the most luxurious cameo necklaces I have ever seen.  This is from a cameo factory that is considered one of the best cameo factories in all of Italy. They only work with 18K Gold but have agreed to work in 18K Gold over Sterling Silver just for us.  Not all cameo factories are the same, and this one has the most qualified skilled artisans carving their cameos. They make their jewelry for the most outstanding couture houses all over the world. The design is so special in the way that the cameo has been beautifully designed into a picture of a mother and child.
