Trees can only be shipped within the contiguous US. Original shipping is included. These trees are returnable within 30 days of shipment. If you need to return this tree, you must contact customercare@lisarobertson.com for further instructions. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Please be advised that we will provide you with a discounted label if you wish to return the tree, and the shipping costs will be $50 for the 7' tree and $100 for the 9'9'' tree. This will be deducted from your refund so that you do not have to pay out of pocket for the return label.
