This is done by one of our favorite factories in Florence.  They are known for their amazing detail and craftsmanship in 18k gold.  They do not make pieces for the American market, only for the Italian market and only for the most prestigious stores.  If you walk the streets of Italy's major cities and see the jewelry stores where things are a kings ransom and the designs are so Italian, that is where you will find their pieces. The first time I met them at the fair, I fell in love with all of their handcrafted product. This is definitely one of the most amazing necklaces I have ever seen. It really is a one-of-a-kind! I am so thrilled that the factory agreed to do this necklace for us in 18k over Sterling Silver. The necklace is exactly how they would make it for the Italian market.
