Heat in the microwave or tumble dryer; or chill in the freezer! Approximately 14" diameter and weighing approximately 2.5 lbs, the ultra-soft cover can be removed and thrown into the wash.

To warm: Use tumble dryer or carousel-only microwave oven.
Heat in 30 second intervals until warm, not exceeding 2 minutes. Do not overheat.
