I love this necklace because of the design and the meaning behind it. "The plaque style necklace is a mainstay, but this one really raises the bar. The design mimics a heart beat which can symbolize how much you love some one. On the one side the heart beat design is pave and the other side is polished. It is the perfect scale and looks like it is 18K Gold or Platinum and diamonds.  It's not too heavy, not too formal, just the perfect bit of sparkle. I love that it is more feminine and definitely prettier than the typical plaque design.  A little sparkle to make your every day brighter."
